December 17th, 2023: I went in to McDonald's to use the rest room.. a man was sleeping in a booth.. I woke him up, asked him if he was hungry... he was.. nobody saw me do this... I could see the addiction in his eyes.. I went up to order something... the lady at the counter would not charge me for it and told me my order was free... then I told her it was for him, she smiled curiously, and I gave him the receipt and walked out... Then I left to go on my way to a motorcycle church in Missouri. They have a five-year-old little girl connected to them that suffers from a very severe condition called Wilms Tumor Cancer. We are believing she will be healed 100%. Although I will never probably meet her face to face, I wanted to get her a gift... so I stopped off at Walmart on the way to that church. I walked around for about 15 minutes not knowing what to buy her as a gift. In a joking way I said to myself, "ok Lord, what am I supposed to get her?" and then all of a sudden and employee came by with a cart putting stuff back that people didn't buy. I grabbed this skateboard right out of his cart... I told him what I was doing, so he took me to the manager, and the manager told me she doesn't usually work on Sundays and today she was my angel. She marked it down from $75 to $8.50. It's electric and the wheels light up... I can't make this stuff up... but I still needed to document it. Fast forward to December 24th, 2023, and this is the picture sent to me by The Faithful Few Motorcycle Club and The Joshua House Church of Florissant, Missouri. It completely touched everyone's heart. Thank you, Lord. -Jay📷

Charlie was 5 years old when she came across my Facebook news feed. She was battling cancer. I woke up the next day early in the morning and started to box this guitar you see here in the picture so I could send it to her for encouragement. As soon as I had it ready to be shipped, her mother let everyone know that her daughter had just passed away. It devastated me tremendously. Her mother then explained that as Charlie transitioned to the next life, she was listening to her favorite song by Bob Marley. "Don't Worry." I ripped the guitar out of its box and began to paint and create what you see now. In the song, it talks about 3 little birds... so I put those little birds on the guitar. Within an hour, I found another child battling cancer and overnighted it to her and her family. That young woman is doing fine today, that was several years ago... Then in 2023, I met Bob Marley's band, The Wailers and had a private audience with them after one of their performances. I was able to tell them the story of Charlie's song. It touched their heart too. What our organization does is real. -Jay
This is Jonny Wade. Jonny was a very special young boy that literally touched 1000s of hearts of anyone he came in contact of. At the age of six, he was diagnosed with cancer Dec 24, 2014. He passed away exactly one year later on Dec 24, 2015. He was covered in love by Angels. I never met him personally, but his story touched my heart

He passed away exactly one year later on Dec 24, 2015. He was covered in love by Angels. I never met him personally, but his story touched my heart, and I was led to make sure he and his twin brother both had cool t-shirts, a couple stickers, and a skateboard apiece. Even if he never got a chance to ride his, it sat in his room, next to his bed, ....and as a young boy, that means a lot. It also meant a lot to me. Fly in Peace young man.

Early that previous summer of 2022, I took this guitar you see here, painted on it, and had it autographed by the entire cast of El Monstero. They are one of the world's premium Pink Floyd tribute bands and they were playing down in the Ozarks of Missouri. I carried this guitar from city to city ever since... from Memphis to New Orleans, to Mobile, to Jacksonville, to Macon, to Atlanta, to Nashville, and then back home, I could not find the right child for it... I was about ready to give up. So, on January 14, 2023, I decided to give it another shot. I drove and picked up one of my favorite volunteers Devon and we went to Walmart to purchase soccer balls, basketballs, Barbies, board games... and off to Cardinal Glennon Hospital of St. Louis we went. Upon arriving I met Elijah's parents. They were in tears. The father began to explain to me that his son Elijah was hospitalized on Jan 4th (the same day we took off on our trip) and was admitted for a collapsed lung that pushed his heart over causing toxicity and pneumonia. He was scheduled for two surgeries but that the surgeon could not start the procedure because Elijah was too weak. The parents had been living at that hospital for the last ten days straight. I handed him this guitar and told him he is going to have to teach Elijah how to play "Comfortably Numb,'" one of my favorite songs by Pink Floyd. It brought the family much encouragement as the wife gave me a big hug. We gave away all the other gifts we had to the other children at the hospital and left. Two more days went by, and I felt a tug on my heart to go back to Cardinal Glennon's and get Elijah another gift. I stopped by my local Walmart and grabbed a dinosaur and a toy car and drove back out to St. Louis which is about an hour away in the night rain. I was able now to go up in Elijah's room and visit with him and his parents. Elijah showed no sign of improvement. He didn't even smile when I gave him the car. He didn't even acknowledge that I was even in the room. I asked the parents if I could pray for him, so I did. I asked God to miraculously heal the boy supernaturally, and then I drove home in the rain... crying. About a week later, this is the picture sent to me by his parents... at home... no surgery needed. My prayer was answered. -Jay
I never personally met Sarah. She had passed away before our organization was ever contacted by her family. She was adopted from a Lakota Indian tribe as a young girl. Her new mother had to receive permission from the elder of the tribe to be adopted. Sarah loved music, it was her passion. She loved the guitar the most. Sarah passed away
Sarah passed away from a tragic accident where she was involved in a car wreck that involved texting while driving. Her family wanted our organization to have her guitar. We took it, professionally tuned it up with new strings, and donated it to an all-girls children's home in Fredericktown, Missouri to bring awareness to the dangers of texting while driving. May Sarah's memory be shared of one of a loving and passionate girl. -Jay

She then gave me an "Armor of God" play toy outfit to give away as well... when I arrived at Barnes Jewish hospital, there was no room to park my jeep with a kayak on it... (duh Jay, you should have thought of that first :))... so, I got stuck in the parking lot and had to take my kayak off and do a uturn... right as I finally made it out of the parking lot, I saw this boy with his mom and grandma, his name is Ezra... He suffers from down syndrome. He got the body armor suit. He was very happy about it and so was I. His mom and grandmother were very thankful as well...

I went walking through the Washington University Medical school finally reaching the children's hospital carrying this guitar. I checked into the hospital, waited in line, and then I was told that the person I would need to talk to was unavailable... so, I started to walk back to the car... I was about ready to give up on giving it to a child that day... then all of sudden... there he was!!! I knew this was the right child for the guitar.... Ariston Smith of Eminence Missouri. I walked up to say hello and we started talking and he proceeded to let me know that he can walk, but he chooses not to, he is 9 years old. His mom smiled. I gave him the guitar. It touched my heart... and his mom's... and his. We sat for a few minutes and played it in front of the hospital front steps. Ariston is very wise for his age. He told me about his faith in God, which in turn, strengthened mine. -Jay
